VALIDATION OF AN EDUCATIONAL VIDEO ON PREVENTION AND CONTROL MEASURES OF COVID-19 AND OTHER SEVERE ACUTE RESPIRATORY SYNDROMES FOR STUDENTS

Objective: To describe the process of constructing and validating an educational video about prevention and control measures for Covid-19 and other Severe Acute Respiratory Syndromes (SARS). Method: Methodological study that allowed the development and validation of an educational technology in a ludic approach for children. The research was developed in four stages: gathering of previous knowledge and bibliographic survey; development of the script of the educational video; construction of the educational material (illustration, layout, design and texts) and the technology validation by both specialists and schoolchildren. Results: The technology was validated for content by 14 judges, with a Content Validity Index (CVI) of 0.86%, and for appearance by 25 schoolchildren, with a CVI of 0.93%. Conclusion: The educational video was validated for its content and appearance, and can be used as an educational material by nursing professionals and teachers of early childhood and elementary school, promoting an articulation between education and health, as well as being a way to empower professionals who work with health in schools, following the bases of the Health at School Program.
